The Song Of Hope by Irsa Ruçi

Over the roof of my old cabin
Where I scribe my poetry
Stood a lady bug
Soaked from the rain
Each tomorrow followed the same course
Of the previous day
Singing when she raised
The chants of life.

But today there was standing
A ravage
Lacking light
And the lady bug was gone
Taking her songs with her
For she sang to life.
